1. Overview
Thank you for choosing Zamartz. We value your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our digital products, software subscriptions, and professional services.
This Returns and Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds, cancellations, and related requests in a way that aligns with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Contracts Take Precedence.
If you have entered into a separate written agreement with Zamartz (such as a Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or Retainer Agreement), that contract controls the refund, cancellation, and payment terms for that engagement.
This public policy applies only to self-service digital purchases and SaaS subscriptions made through our website.
2. Digital Products and SaaS Subscriptions
Because digital goods and software services are delivered electronically, refunds are limited to the circumstances below.
A. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 15 days of your original purchase if:
- The product or subscription was not delivered or activated properly due to a technical issue on our end; and
- You have contacted us to allow us to resolve the issue before requesting a refund.
Refunds are not granted for:
- Products or software that have been accessed, downloaded, or used successfully
- Change-of-mind or dissatisfaction with features
- Service interruptions caused by external integrations or third-party systems
All refund requests are reviewed individually and, where approved, processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
B. Subscription Renewals
To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle renews.
Cancellations made after renewal are not eligible for automatic refunds.
3. Custom Projects and Consulting Services
For custom software development, AI consulting, or other project-based work:
- Payments follow the terms outlined in the relevant Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
- Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work begins, unless otherwise stated in the signed project agreement.
- If a project is canceled by the client, any partially completed deliverables may be provided “as-is,” depending on the stage of completion and payments received.
- Any data or deliverables created under such engagements are handled per the confidentiality and data-processing provisions in the MSA/SOW.
4. Donations
Voluntary donations or contributions made to Zamartz are non-refundable.
This includes any digital downloads or content acquired at a donation-based or pay-what-you-want price.
5. Exchanges
Because Zamartz products and services are digital or project-based, exchanges do not apply.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a product or service, please contact us — we will make every effort to correct it or provide alternate access.
